Real estate also plays a role in company acquisitions – especially when the property is to be retained by the seller and added value is to be generated in the long term via a lease agreement concluded with the buyer or the target company (possibly with a purchase option).


We advise on the design and negotiation of property purchases and commercial leases as well as on their implementation and termination, but also on other property-related transactions and issues (e.g. leasehold contracts).
